In line with the cooperative agreement between Sabratha University and Sohag University in Egypt, the University President, Prof. Salem Al-Huraishi, met today, Monday, in his office with Sohag University representative, Prof. Ahmed Mohamed El-Saghir. The meeting was attended by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs, the Director of the Graduate Studies Department, the Director of the Delegation Office, the Director of the International Cooperation Office, and the Deans of the faculties of the students currently studying at Sohag University (Doctoral level).

The discussion focused on enhancing cooperation in various scientific fields between the two universities. Prof. El-Saghir praised the commitment and excellence of Sabratha University’s doctoral students, particularly their research and contributions in academic settings, and wished them continued success.

The meeting also addressed challenges and obstacles faced by the students, aiming to resolve and overcome them, as well as other topics related to the students' experiences.

At the end of the meeting, Prof. Ahmed Mohamed El-Saghir was honored and presented with a selection of books and scientific journals published by Sabratha University.
