In collaboration with the Advanced Libyan Center for Chemical Analysis, over the course of a whole week, a number of students from the Chemistry Department at the Faculty of Science in Raghdaleen, University of Sabratha, conducted chemical tests on honey products to assess quality in several production centers in the western region. The chemical tests included measuring moisture, acidity, HMF testing, and total ash testing. The experiments were conducted under the supervision of Professors Mohasin Al-Khabbat and Hanan Al-Mahdi. This experiment is part of an initiative to encourage research, foster innovation, and help students develop technical skills in handling laboratory equipment and instruments.
