As part of the university administration’s commitment to monitoring the educational process in the faculties and overseeing the launch of the Spring 2025 semester, a meeting was held on Sunday at the late Hisham Al-Fiqi Hall in the university headquarters. The meeting was attended by the University President, the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the University Secretary-General, the University Registrar, and the deans of faculties located within the municipalities of Al-Jamil, Riqdalin, and Zaltan. Also in attendance were the Director of the Faculty Members Affairs Department, the Director of the Graduate Studies, Training, and Teaching Assistants Department, the Director of the Technical Affairs and Projects Department, the Director of the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Office, and the Director of the University Services Office.
The meeting covered and discussed several topics related to work progress, the educational process, and academic plans in the faculties. It also addressed the level of preparedness, available resources, and the challenges and obstacles facing work progress, aiming to overcome them and ensure the quality and success of the educational process.
During the meeting, the University President and attendees emphasized the importance of providing the necessary resources according to the available capabilities. They also reaffirmed the continuation of field visits by the relevant university administration departments and offices to the faculties to assess their needs and identify any challenges affecting work progress and the educational process as a whole.
