Sabratha University has marked a distinguished international presence in one of the world’s largest university sports gatherings—the FISU World University Games held in Germany—through the participation of student Ahmed Abdelsalam Sultan, who has already achieved notable success in both local and international tennis championships.

Ahmed Abdelsalam Sultan, a student at the Faculty of Engineering, Sabratha University, proudly represents both the university and Libya in this prestigious tournament, which brings together participants from more than 150 countries across different continents. The event features thrilling competitions among elite university athletes in various sports.

This participation is considered a new achievement added to Ahmed’s impressive athletic record, as well as a remarkable milestone for Sabratha University, highlighting its global presence and showcasing Libyan universities and the country as a whole on an international stage followed by millions worldwide.
