As part of linking theoretical study with practical application, students from the Electrical Engineering Department at the Faculty of Engineering – Riqdalin, Sabratha University, conducted a field visit to the Zuwara desalination plant as part of the Power Plants course.

During the visit, students were introduced to plant operations, including evaporation and condensation processes, steam pressure control mechanisms, and the various operational stages of power plants.

The visit contributed to strengthening students’ practical understanding of theoretical concepts and broadening their knowledge of real engineering applications.
