As part of the field visit curriculum for third- and fourth-year students of the Department of Health Nutrition and the Department of Inspection & Control, students, accompanied by their supervisors, Prof. Dr. Hajar Mohamed Saleh and Mr. Osama Al-Naggaz, visited the 6th edition of the Libya Food Exhibition at the Tripoli International Fairgrounds on Tuesday, January 27, 2025. During the visit, students toured the exhibition's various pavilions, where they explored the products of companies specializing in healthy food production. They also became acquainted with Libyan companies engaged in the production of various food products. The students expressed their appreciation for the visit, emphasizing the valuable insights gained about food manufacturing processes, as well as the detailed explanations provided by company representatives on the production of healthy food products. The supervising faculty members commended the students for their discipline and engagement throughout the visit
