● Under the slogan: "Women of Memory," the Supreme Committee overseeing the first women's Quranic competition at the level of universities and the Libyan Academy and higher institutes is pleased to announce the launch of the competition activities, organized and supervised by the Office for Supporting and Empowering Women at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the National Unity Government, along with the Offices for Supporting and Empowering Women at the universities and the Libyan Academy of Higher Studies, with the participation of a judging committee from the Holy Quran Complex.
● First - Important information before the competition begins.
1 - Registration via the electronic form specific to the competition.
2 - A preliminary competition will be held at each university starting from Saturday, corresponding to (15 - Sha'ban - 1446 / 16 - February - 2025).
3 - The official launch of the competition activities at the level of Libya will take place on (15 - Ramadan - 1446 / 15 - March - 2025) in the capital, Tripoli.
● Second - Competition conditions:
1 - Participation must be from those enrolled in higher education institutions such as: universities, academies, the Open University of Libya, and the Ministry's office.
2 - Registration via the designated electronic form at: https://hqaward.ly/reg/login.php
3 - Participation is open to all nationalities participating in the competition, affiliated with higher education and scientific research institutions.
4 - Commitment to the competition schedule and timings, adhering to the code of conduct provided by the subcommittee supervising the competition activities.
5 - Each contestant has the right to register once, choosing one narration for reading.
● Third - Aspects of the competition:
1 - Memorizing the entire Quran.
2 - Memorizing the last half of the Quran.
3 - Memorizing the last quarter of the Quran.
4 - Memorizing the last three parts of the Quran (An-Naba, Al-Mulk, Qad Sami'a).
