Today, Tuesday, July 30, 2024, a master's thesis titled **"Adsorption of Dyes from Aqueous Solutions Using Low-Cost Adsorbents"** was defended in the auditorium of the College of Engineering, Sabratha. The thesis was presented by the student **Aisha Miftah Al-Toumi Abdulrahman**, who is enrolled in the Chemical Engineering Department.

The defense committee consisted of the following members:
- Dr. Mustafa Tawfiq, Supervisor and Chair
- Prof. Omar Al-Haroushi, External Member
- Dr. Salem Siqal, Internal Member

After the committee's discussion with the student, the thesis was approved, with the condition that certain required revisions be made within the specified timeframe.

The defense was attended by the Director of the Graduate Studies, Training, and Assistant Lecturers Department at the university, the Director of the Graduate Studies Office, the Coordinator of Graduate Studies at the College of Engineering in Sabratha, as well as several concerned professors and interested parties.
