The dialogue symposium activities were held this Thursday morning in the hall of the Faculty of Human Medicine in Sabratha (Governance and its role in enhancing transparency in good institutions), which was organized by the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Authority in the Western Region and the College of Human Medicine, Sabratha, in cooperation with the National Institute of Administration, Al-Zawiya Branch. The workshop activities witnessed the presence of the President of Sabratha University, the President of the Office of the Authority in the Western Region, the Director-General of the Medical Research Center, and the Director of the Hospital. Sabratha Educational Center, the Director of Al-Jameel General Hospital, the directors of medical institutions and service offices in the various municipalities of the Western Region, the Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs at the university, the deans of medical colleges, and a number of directors of departments and offices at the university office and this authority. The dialogue symposium addressed many topics and interventions that included the articles of the International Convention against Corruption and the role of human development in promoting Governance and the importance of governance in public and private medical institutions. The symposium aims to identify mechanisms and strategies to combat corruption, rely on the descriptive approach, and achieve integrity and transparency in medical institutions.
