The fifteenth meeting of the Faculty Affairs Committee for the year 2023 was held this morning, Thursday, August 31, 2023, in the meeting room of the University Office, in the presence of the Chairman of the Committee and members of the Committee. Part of the meeting was also attended by the Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs at the University, who praised the efforts of the Committee members in accomplishing the assigned tasks. The meeting reviewed and discussed the following items: First item: Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting
The second item: Presenting the evaluators’ responses to the scientific production related to the promotion of faculty members
Third item: Presenting the files of faculty members applying for promotion to form a scientific production evaluation committee.
Fourth item: Viewing the files of faculty members applying to change grades from master’s to doctorate and from teaching assistant to master’s. Fifth item: Viewing the files of faculty members applying for the purpose of including the duration of academic experience, financial settlement, and job settlement.
