The University's Information and Documentation Center organized a training workshop targeting a number of trainees from various faculties located within the municipalities of Al-Jumayl, Riqdalin, and Zultan. The workshop was aimed at individuals involved in operating the Unified Electronic System of the University of Sabratha.

The Faculty of Public Health in Al-Jumayl hosted the workshop, which focused on the general functioning of the system. The session included a visual presentation and a practical demonstration on how to input and edit data related to studies and examinations. It also clarified the tasks and authorities of academic and exam officers at the faculties, along with the available services and features offered by the system.

Part of the workshop activities was attended by the Head of the Information and Documentation Center at the university and the Director of the Planning and Follow-up Office.
