Today, Thursday, February 27, the training course on "How to Operate and Use the Atomic Absorption Spectrometer (AAS)" concluded. The course was organized by the Department of Environmental Engineering and Natural Resources at the Faculty of Engineering, Sabratha, in collaboration with Al-Sadeem Laboratory Technology Company. This initiative falls within the framework of the cooperation agreement signed between the two parties and aims to strengthen collaboration between the public and private sectors in society.
The course, supervised by Professor Tarek Miftah, a trainer in chemical laboratories and a faculty member at the Faculty of Science, Sabratha, aimed to train participants and equip them with skills in operating and using the Atomic Absorption Spectrometer through hands-on training. Additionally, theoretical lessons were delivered over four consecutive days, focusing on chemical analysis methods.
The training course saw the participation of several faculty members from the Faculties of Engineering and Science in Sabratha, as well as specialists working in research centers interested in environmental studies.
